Hyacinth restaurant was founded in 2018 by Rikki Giambruno, formerly of Franny’s in Brooklyn, New York. In 2023 Hyacinth was passed down to founding member Abraham Gessesse.
Preparing both local and imported ingredients with techniques that are equal parts classic and innovative, the team at Hyacinth strives to emulate hole-in-the-wall European style dining with a touch of warm, Minnesota hospitality.

It is not recommended to park in the lot across the street,
they have been known to tow after 8pm!

A majority of the items on our menu can be made GF, DF, vegan, etc. Please let us know if you’ll need any modifications in your reservation notes or upon arrival. We are happy to answer specific questions over the phone or by email

Large group reservations?
Please contact us to book a reservation for 7-10 guests. Larger groups are harder to accommodate with our limited space but may be possible! For buyout inquiries, please send us an email with the prospective date and proposed format of your event.
